Are you passionate about coffee, numbers, and growth? We're looking for a District Manager with a strong finance background to oversee a dynamic store network of 10 – 15 stores!
What You’ll Do:
- Drive Store Performance: Analyse financial data to identify opportunities, optimise sales, and improve profitability across the store network.
- Operational Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Financial Management: Monitor budgets, forecasts, and P&L statements to ensure each store meets financial targets. Develop plans to improve the financial performance of stores.
- Leadership & Development: Support and mentor store managers, helping them achieve their business goals and grow within the Starbucks family.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3+ years of multi-unit management experience in the hospitality, retail or food and beverage industry.
- Management: 5+ years of store management experience and/or 2+ years of cluster/area or regional management experience, responsible for running multiple stores, coffee shops, restaurants and retail stores.
- Finance Expertise: A strong background in finance with experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions.
- Leadership Skills: Experience in leading teams and driving performance.
- Passion for Starbucks: Enthusiasm for our brand and commitment to delivering the Starbucks Experience to every customer.
